Dye Sublimation Printers:
- Preferred method for printing onto fabric
- Heat to transfer dyes on a molecular level
- Can be (gentle) washed
Dye Sublimation Printing is the preferred method used to dye artwork or advertising onto fabric materials.
Materials can include:
- Flag Fabric (Single-sided flags)
- Blockout Fabric (Double-sided flags)
- Polyknit Fabric (Banner Walls)
- Gazebo Fabric
- Airtec Fabric (Stage banners)
- Two-way Stretch Fabric (Fitted tablecloths)
The ink is heated and pressed into the fabric on a molecular level. Large scale artwork can be achieved as the heat transfer machine uses a roller to feed the material. Sizes can be 3 meters wide by the length of the roll (sometimes 90 meters.)
Stunning artwork is bonded into the fabric and widely used for gazebos, flags and wall backgrounds.
